Our devops efforts are centered around the following concepts.

Maintainability

All our server setups are contained in a single Ansible repository.

We are using the excellent Ansible Trellis repository as base for all our deployments.

The Trellis ansible configuration is not ideal for all situations with

Matomo or Gatsby (or anything that isn't Wordpress). But it works good enough for now and the effort to roll your own is not really worth the investment at the moment. :::
